All products are made to order and will be completed within 5 business days from date of order.
Please ensure the correct size lamp shade is ordered , as no refund will be given once materials have been cut.
Shall you require some help to choose the right size shade for your lamp base ,
simply get in touch with a picture and measurements of your lamp base.
Pattern displacement on the shades, may vary.
Your personal information will only be used to fulfil your order, such as shipping.
Free delivery Australia wide , on all products.
All shipments are dispatched from Rockingham, WA.
Your item will ship within 5 business days from your date of order, unless it is in already stock.
Shipping is through Australia Post or through Sendle (tracking number & insurance included)
Delivery within Australia is between 2 - 7 business days, sometimes longer to regional area, including far north Queensland.
Delivery to New Zealand is between 7-10 business days, excluding any custom delays.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the proper packaging and return shipping cost of the item. Return shipping cost is non refundable. It is recommended to use a trackable service or insurance for items valued over $50.
Refunds: Once your return is received , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1 business day.
Non Refundable : Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and custom made, cannot be refunded.
Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, you will responsible for the return shipping cost and re- sent shipping cost. For all enquiries, email email@example.com
