Shipping Policy

Products are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.

Parcels are sent through Australia Post or Courier (tracking number & insurance included) , no PO BOX delivery for lampshades 40cm diameter and above.

Delivery takes between 2 - 7 business days but sometimes longer to regional and rural areas.

Free Delivery is offered for all products listed online, a delivery fee may apply to "custom made" and oversize items. Express Post delivery is optional for an additional cost.

Returns

Returns & Exchange: To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the packaging and return shipping cost of the item. Return shipping cost is non refundable. It is recommended to use a trackable service and insure the parcel. A re-delivery cost will be charged in the event of an exchange, as free delivery is offered once.

Refunds: Once your return is received , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Non Refundable / Non Exchangeable : custom made lampshades, ceiling hung lampshades and harp & finial lampshades, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please choose your size and style carefully.

If we've made a mistake; we will exchange and pay for all shipping costs involved.
