Lampshades are made to order and take 7 business days to be dispatched.
Your personal information will only be used to fulfill your order.
This store accept ; Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and AfterPay
All shipments are dispatched from PERTH in 7 business days.
Parcels are sent through Australia Post or Courier (tracking number & insurance included) , no PO BOX delivery for lampshades 40cm diameter and above.
Delivery takes between 3 - 7 business days but sometimes longer to regional and rural areas , please allow a few extra days due to the pandemic.
Free Delivery is offered for all products listed online, a delivery fee may apply to "custom made" OVERSIZE items and also if you wish to upgrade shipping method.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the proper packaging and return shipping cost of the item. Return shipping cost is non refundable. It is recommended to use a trackable service and insure the parcel.
Refunds: Once your return is received , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Non Refundable / Non Exchangeable : custom made and ceiling hung lampshades, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose your size carefully.
Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, you will responsible for the return shipping cost and re-sent shipping cost. Free delivery is only offered once.
